Those jackasses can't stop rioting, rampant theft and drug overdoses...I doubt they can prevent Dr Evil and the Quacks from doing whatever the hell they want.
Yeah, California was looking into blocking UCLA too. See how far that went. The government should solve the homeless issue in Portland ,before worrying about college sports. College football pays the bills in all the other sports, outside men's basketball. So that's how water polo, women's basketball, lacrosse , and all the Olympic sports survive giving out scholarships.
