OT: This Voice Should Sound Familiar

One of my co-workers is an Iowa State grad and he was like, "I ain't even mad".
Is this the same lady that said if someone is stopped in bound, then driven backward out of bounds, that the clock should stop? And that "the rules clearly state that the clocks stops when the player goes out of bounds." And then wouldn't let it go for the rest of the game, eventually blaming the team's loss on that call? I think it was a UNC/GT game some years ago. Even her color guy pushed back saying "At this point I don't think it matters."
I'm not picking on her as a woman. Joe Theisman said the same boneheaded crap when he was in the booth. It just irks me when the commentators are so clueless.

Does Softy hate Mowins? If so, I agree with him on something. I'm not that critical of announcers, but I can't take listening to her.
That was kinda my motivation behind posting this...that someone Twitter savvy would ruin Softy's day by making him listen to her once more.
She sounds like a blend of a tea kettle whistling with some kind of east coast-based pirate trying to speak with a mouth full of marbles. "Itch a firrsscchhtt down for, uh, the guysch in blue. Firscht down and ten yarsh to go."
Quitting Twitter/deleting my account was one of the best things I've ever done.
