..along with Boston College,Iona and others in running for 6'8 215 Dwayne Morgan a graduate student from UNLV. He was suspended from UNLV after an altercation with a cab driver. Morgan is a former 5 star HS player. He averaged 9.4 pts and 7.3 rbs in 9 games last year prior to being injured. He has 1 1/2 years left he will graduate in December. He will be immediately eligible Also the cougs have extended an offer to 7'1 205 Kyson Kelley who played last year at a NAIA school. He averaged 8.8pts,8.8 rbs and 5.6 blks per game. He has verballed to OSU,but recently took a trip to Utah. He is completeling academic requirements and should be eligible in December also. It looks like he has three years of eligibility left.

These aren't even on Verbal Commits yet. Nice finds! We only have 1 spot left for this year with the Scaggs signing.

Kelley did play in a game against Oregon. He had 10pts,6 rbs,and 2 blks in a blowout, but got misused against Boucher one on one. He played well in HS but for a very small school. I believe that they are recruiting him for his potential. Evidently he was a poor student and is trying to become eligible. Morgan injured his shoulder and hip and did not finish out the season. I will guess that competition for Morgan will increase as his situation becomes known.

Kylor Kelley? If this is the guy verbal commits has him as a junior. Long kid, decent athlete from what's out there with some skill. Big step up but good company with Oregon State and Utah.

He played one year a a NAIA school ,so he should have three years of eligibility. I may be wrong but that is the way that it looks. He would be immediately eligible and teams were/are planning on him being eligible in December.he is working on being academically eligible and will not play for the NAIA this year if the write ups on him are correct.

Dwayne Morgan st to visit St Johns this month. A lot of other schools getting involved in his recruitment.
