Funny though, Conference realignment was revealed in the Rivals article, per below:

"The 6-foot-2, 185-pound 0Chapmen is rated by Rivals.com as one of the top 75 prospects in the state of California for the 2019 recruiting class.

Five Pac-12 schools are among his 16 offers - WSU, Arizona, Colorado, LSU and USC (likely coaching change as well) - along with several Mountain West schools."

In general, I have found sports writing to be some of the most abysmal journalism in the history of the trade. The Internet has only made this worse. It’s rife with spelling and grammatical errors, politics and opinions bleed into supposedly factual writeups, teams are bucketed into the wrong conference, the prose is next level choppy and bad. It’s created a completely separate tier of journalism.
