Enjoyed the interviews, the splices of video, and nice subjects. Luke sounded great. Great coverage

Yes, agreed, but I don't think they're making any money. Maybe 10 years from now they'll be in the black, but for now, it appears their revenue targets are not quite there.

Not sure what to make of their comments. Are they really confident that this team is headed to a bowl or are they politely optimistic about all the teams they visit? The WSU piece is the only one of their preseason coverages that I have seen. Anybody familiar with their parting analyses of other Pac12 prospects? Anyway, it sounded good and another dash of optimism was pleasing to me.

Every year during reneweal period my Seattle Mariner's Account Manager calls me and says, "hey, M-ICoug, we are we going to have a great unbelievable year!" "We just signed Cano, we just signed Cruz. Mann, things look good!".
P12N is in the business to sell newspapers, or whatever, right? For the most part, they are going to say whatever we want to hear. Every year we're better than the previous year. Blah, blah, blah. When the cubbards were bare with Wulff, did they say we have ZERO talent? Kind of reminds me of politicians. "Vote for me and I'll balance the budget". "Vote for me and I'll create jobs". It's what we want to hear, but many times far from the truth, right? Why kick the bee hive?

Yes, I agree and there is certainly some of that if not all of that. Would not expect, "This team stinks. No chance at all. If I were you I would find something else to do on Saturdays.". Hardly a good business practice for a company trying to generate some interest in their product. What I don't know is whether the analysis by the Pac12 network staff was completely self-serving BS or only partly so. That is why I want to know if they saw rainbows and lollipops at every stop or inserted a bit of caution here and there. If they are predicting probable or possible bowls for all twelve teams then I have my answer.

UW's Nigel Burton seemed genuinely impressed with the Cougs. He said something to the effect 'no way this team finishes 5th in the North'.

in the "rosy scenario" of conference sunshine pumpers.....weak areas become "challenges" and "opportunities for underclassmen to step up." That's understood, and I accept that. I don't look to sportswriters to give me Woodward and Bernstein. I want to get some inside dope, some enthusiasm, and hear about what's going on. I bring my own filter and expectations. I thought the segments were well-done
