It's clear he doesn't want to give his money to WSU athletics. I know they have asked in that past.

It's also clear he loves Seattle and the NW. Can't say it's bad to develop top tech talent here locally to feed our job market.

I presume if WSU had a vision to create a west-side technology school, you'd have multiple local billionaires lining up to help fund.
