_______ has an end zone ticket for sale in the "good deal" category for $1486 a seat. Section 19, 14 rows back.
EDIT: Sorry isn't site I originally stated. On another site I won't comment on.

On the ESPN website for the Pac-12 schedule it says "69 tickets as low as $389."

My seats are in section 26, and I've been looking online and they are "good value" at $450/each. And the cheapest I'm seeing anywhere are $275/ea for endzone seats.

I hinted at selling them, then partying downtown and watching on TV, and my wife said "Hell no!"

I think you misunderstood...she said hell no she isn't selling her seat :)

Nah, she understood. Between the field house before, Cougville at halftime, and that little bit of extra that comes in with me to mix, I do alright.

The question for me was whether she wants to sit in the cold. It was pretty darn cold last weekend at elk camp. I don't know what the weather will be yet this weekend, but given her refusing to come to camp, I'm impressed she's willing to freeze with me in the stadium.

Cheapest I’ve found is a pair for $225/ea. Not good seats. I’m in town (SEA) but can’t spend a G unexpectedly even if this might be the one and only. Shockingly $$&

Head to Pullman without tickets. Wait right up until game time. I’ll bet you’ll get them for face value. If not, they’ll be a bar full of Cougs at Da Coug.

Not to pick on Chip (because I don't know his story), but I lack sympathy in general for people that don't have tickets to the game. A week ago, there were hundreds of tickets available on the WSU website for $74 each (including fees). Anyone who planned one week ahead had easy access to tickets. Good news for anyone that can't get tickets is that WSU is going to be playing the game in Beasley for anyone who wants to go. It's free, bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages (wink-wink).

Well... since you inquired, I was asked last week to come out here for work. To make the game I would have to buy another flight, rent a car, get hotel, fuel, food and tickets - whole thing is a bridge too far. I wont be going.

But even if I were one of the thousands of fans who needed this as a shot in the arm... so what? One contingent are good fans with things going on (kids, work, health, finances) who will take the plunge due to the magnitude. Another contingent are fairweather fans who beg WSU to take their money and promote the program. If that’s what it takes to build a fan base equal to the Cowboys, Pats, SB-era Hawks, Bulls, Tide, or locally the 90s Huskies... Ill take it.

Don't get me wrong....I appreciate the surge in interest.
