As indicated yesterday, Vionte Daniels is a 2015 WSU commit.

Connor Clifford had a "good visit" over the weekend but did not commit.

JUCO PG Marcus Johnson did not include WSU in his 5 visits which are now setup.

I was hoping that Johnson would visit. The coug offered late so that is probably the reason for not being in the top five now.. However stranger things have happened in recruiting.

Novian Cherry a 6'5 200 juco Wing reports that he has an offer from WSU. He recently visited SDSU on an unofficial visit.

Villanova player Dylan Ennis is looking to "pull the Russell Wilson" in basketball. The 6'2" guard started all this season's games for Jay Wright and 'Nova while averaging almost 10 ppg is supposed to have a solid defensive game. He wants the opportunity to be a true PG.

Hmmmmm.....(light bulb)

Legit scholarship guy, opens a slot for the following year and brings vet leadership. Gives Kent a true PG for a season to redshirt/grow the young guys. Knowing Nova, most likely fundamentally sound. Probably a long, long, long shot. But throwing a hat in the ring. Because that's what the Cougs should be doing.

Dylan Ennis

He would be a nice addition However,if he comes to the Northwest,it would probably be to Gonzaga who is looking for guards, Guys like him want to be back in the Big Dance and the cougs are certainly not a shoo in for that He will get plenty of offers from big colleges

Guy like that is going to a tourney team. If we want a senior transfer we are going to have to look at some guys from bad teams in bad conferences that may be looking to get some exposure for NBA scouts and/or getting a opportunity to play in the Pac 12 as opposed to Big Sky/WCC, etc.

His offer is about 4 years old, probably not at all current.

Most likely true. However, WSU needs to start thinking big like this. Go after everyone that can help improve programs.

The cougs are looking at 6.8 215 juco PF Brandon Rosser from Arizona. He now has offers from LIU and Northern Arizona. Film clips look good He averaged 12.5 pts ,5.2 rbs and is a good shot blocker. no offer yet.

Yeah i get the same feeling. However not everyone will be a starter and one needs good reserves, especially on the oad. he had much better stats as a HS player and some games where he dominated. We will see if he even gets a coug offer.

Rosser seems like a solid recruit, good hands, runs the floor good and appears to be pretty solid athletically. Only negative might be strength and that can be fixed in the weight room. Not sure why more schools haven't come calling.

He might not have offers because people think he's a tweener. Is he a legit 6-8"? He seems to have a long wing span but maybe not 4 length/size. Looks like he can shoot but maybe not the overall skills or quickness for a 3.

I believe that April 15,is National signing day. i think that Kent brings in two or three more players that week. It all depends on if Pollard does go a prep school.
