WSU who has been on Rex since his Freshman year (yeah I know EL -- that old staff) will have the final on-campus visit from Rex coming up soon. Coach Ernie Kent was down for a visit this morning.

The 2015 SG would be a nice get for the entire staff (including the guy who has been on him for many years of course).

He would be a good get for the staff. So far this class is less than experiing but maybe getting Pflueger starts a run for the staff heading into the November signing period.

He would be a great get. As far as the old staff, they would not have had a prayer to land him Just because,he is on a list does not mean he was considering the cougs as a possibility. Kent has the difficult task of overcoming the "legacy" which the previous staff saddled them with. The dismal "culture" surrounding the program drove both students and fans alike away. I am hoping that Kent can bring the program back out of the doldrums. It is nice to read students at WSU,at least initially ,excited about the team.

Re: Rex Pflueger committed to Notre Dame

Guess the visit by Ernie Kent didn't work out as he cancelled our official visit and committed. Too bad as they would have been a good pickup.

My uninformed guess would be that just made Noah Blackwell into our number one priority, if not overall at least among guards.

That is too bad as he would have been an excellent pickup. The old adage used to be was that if ND wanted a catholic kid, they always got him.At least he is not recruiting against San Diego or Eastern .He will start to get a few higher rated kids once he can establish his program. The cougs have not played a game with Kent at the helm

Is Pflueger's commitment to ND really an issue? Bone left the cupboard full for Kent, so...
