Not as hard as it’s made out to be. As long as you can articulate how it’s against some belief (not a political or conspiracy theory one), it’ll fly. Doesn’t actually have to be religious.Per KHQ
I imagine his lawyer wrote it for him. He’ll either get his exemption or be in good position to sue.
Nah. He should get it, or lose his job.Rolo shouldn't be forced to get a vaccine if he doesn't want it. The Karen's trying to force the vaccine that doesn't do anything down everyone's throat are annoying.

sue for what? it's up to WSU what a reasonable accommodation for him is, assuming he is granted an exemption, the reasonable accommodation could very well be he is put on unpaid leaveI imagine his lawyer wrote it for him. He’ll either get his exemption or be in good position to sue.
Sue if he’s denied an exemption and terminated.
It’s supposed to be a blind process and it’s a fair chance he’s denied. The state has provided little guidance on what’s a sincerely held religious belief so they‘ve opened themselves up in my opinion. The whole process is a mess, especially when it comes to exemptions. HR determining how sincere someone’s beliefs are!? Inslee should have offered a test out option like just about every other state has done that’s issued mandates but he’s smarter then all of us.
What does he win?
He’s gonna pay huge lawyer fees, never get another P5 head job again, could take a decade or longer to get back to P5 as an assistant, no references from WSU AD or President, burned his on and off field staff for hundreds of thousands in earnings, burned his staffs families as they will all have to move, crushed WSU football recruiting, should I go on???
He can sue if he wants. Even if he wins, what does he have? WSU may very well have cause anyways cause he is ruining recruiting right now and setting the program back years. Big homecoming win, how many recruits were on campus?
He isn’t just a random guy. His decision impacts too many people and too much money. If he has not complied he has fuc$ed himself, his staff, his team and WSU.
He is a middle school PE teacher. To read that he has had conversations with June Jones and genuinely doesn’t understand the impact he has on sooo many people? Simply amazing.
Do you believe that for women, too?Never bow to the lying fascists.
I respect him for this. Remember..."my body, my choice."
Do you believe that for women, too?
again, sue for what? in case he would be terminated for cause, no buyout he's just gone, this is entirely his choiceSue if he’s denied an exemption and terminated.

I don’t believe in seat belt mandates or motor cycle helmet laws. If I’m a dumb ass and want to bust my head up or get in an accident and get tossed from a car that’s on me. I do support car insurance mandates and laws for things like DUI and speeding for obvious reasons. Covid is a tweener. If you don’t get it and get sick and die, that’s on you. But when the hospitals are clogged up and you can’t get a preventative surgery for cancer it’s a problem.
And I’ve been through that scenario and would have been highly irate if that’s why my wife’s surgery was delayed. It’s also disrupting the phuck out of our economy with supply chain issues galore.
No one is being "forced." You are given choices. You aren't being force to be "searched" before you fly either, but if you want to fly, a pre-condition is an invasive search. Rolo can quit today, and this issue disappears. He simply wants to have his multi-million dollar cake and eat it too.Rolo shouldn't be forced to get a vaccine if he doesn't want it. This is an injection into your body with a substance for which we have no long term knowledge of its impact to us. It has unknown risks. A completely different scenario. No one is being "forced." Of course they are, or at least are saying they are. I wouldn’t expect anything different. The entire team are in Rolo’s corner. I care about their opinion a lot more than yours.
They unconstitutionally fire doctors and nurses on a regular basis for failing to meet community standards for medical practice, health and safety. The bastards make them wash their hands, done gloves and wear masks before performing surgery. The tyranny never ceases. One doctor was fired recently for being drunk during surgery. It his liver. If he wants to abuse it, that up to him. The Nanny state run amuck. And they are firing nurses who don't get the jab even with the strain from covid on the system.

And yet this has never been an issue with any previous vaccine. This is an injection into your body with a substance for which we have no long term knowledge of its impact to us. It has unknown risks. A completely different scenario.

The answer: washing hands, donning gloves, masks and the Covid vaccines. The question is, what slows the rate of infections in hospitals? Correct. Established medical principles for $1000, Alex.False comparisons for $200 Alex...
There is scant evidence that vaccines slow the spread of the virus. It keeps mutating in case you've missed the news in the past 18 months or so.The answer: washing hands, donning gloves, masks and the Covid vaccines. Ooops Mr. hysteria! You lose again.
Stop it Willie. No vaccine has ever had significant adverse medical consequences, and that is why Covid vaccines can't be trusted, there has to be a first time? How can you argue with that logic? And yet this has never been an issue with any previous vaccine.
Vaccines don't slow the spread of viruses? Lie down, raise you feet, push your medi-alert button, because you are losing touch with realityThere is scant evidence that vaccines slow the spread of the virus. It keeps mutating in case you've missed the news in the past 18 months or so.
Also, masks have been shown in numerous controlled studies to be of no help too.
