Does anyone know when the 2020-21 schedule will be finalized?

I think the answer must be no.

The non-conference schedule usually comes out early to mid (more to mid) September. That usually includes the week but not the date conference opponents will be played. The final schedule that includes conference dates usually comes out late October shortly before the season starts.
