I think something will happen with scheduling. Too many inequalities to choose consistently for a playoff.
You either go with 8 or 9 league games. But everyone is the same.
For non conference, no more FCS teams. Or you run the risk of being hit hard in strength of non conference schedule. Not just schedule.
The SEC is a fraud. They only play each other, never leave their campus unless they absolutely have to, let ESPN blare their trumpets about how great they are... They take advantage of everything. They arguably have the most money, the highest paid coaches, the best facilities, in one of the most talent rich regions of the country... and they still game the system.
Would the SEC have ripped off 7 or 8 title games if they actually had to prove it in non conference playoffs and not on computer screens???
