My thinking is that they can try to keep up, and inevitably eventually fail, or make a whole new thing that represents something closer to what college football was initially intended to be. Gather like minded schools who know they can't keep up and do their own thing, up to and including walking away from the NCAA. I'm talking about blow the whole thing up, through and through.
