Middle two brothers...both DL high school seniors from Phoenix.... only been playing football for 2 seasons, as they moved to the US only two years ago. Lots of potential to be tapped into.....Another DT from AZ named Nassir Sims is supposed to be in town too. Phelps recruiting territory is AZ so he must like what he sees.

I think the two brothers moved from Africa, and moved around quite a bit in Africa. If so, that would be a fascinating story to hear. I lived for a year in Niger, Africa and was privileged to have electricity and running water and a flush toilet. Not everyone has this nor can they escape or better their lives. Not sure of their story, but it sounds intriguing.

I like players with a rugby background and raw athleticism. Both are the under the radar types who have historically had plenty of success in Pullman.

It’s just me but I wouldnt talk to a kid under 6’4”. Anyone shorter better have blazing speed off the ball or they will just get engulfed by the OL. DNA matters. Long levers matter. Frames that can hold 300 pounds matter.

I understand your logic, but in Phelps system....height isn't as important. Get off and explosion is what Phelps teaches. Mataafa's get off was fantastic.

Yes. At some point youre gonna have to take on and get off a block. 250lbs is too small.

Speed matters. It gets you to the point of attack faster. You still have to make a play when you get there. Smaller and faster only does so much against the 300 pounders.

Ideally we get our d-ends in the 260-270 range and get our DT in the 285-290 range. Lamonte Mcdougle's size will really help next year and hopefully Rodgers, Taylor !!! and others will keep getting stronger.

You mean i have a chance? i am 5'0 327 pds and still run the 40 in 4.5 a veritable bowling ball, who can still dunk a basketball Awaiting to wreck havoc:)

You said 6 4 you didn’t classify weight. I completely agree 250 is too small. Even Mata’afa got manhandled against the better OLines. Height makes little difference on the DLine and is argue it can work against you if you are interior DL.

McDougle might be listed at 6-0, 305, but having seen him up close, I don't believe he's even 5-11. But I have seen his freshman highlights from W. Virginia. The dude can wreck a backfield.

Spoken like someone that knows zero about football.
