The 2018-2019 status of the men's basket recruiting has not produced any commitments or recruiting visits as far as we know. The remaining potential juco recruits are 7'1 J Hampshire,6'2 R Murphy.6'5 N Jack,6'7 T Lamar, and 6'3 C Mack. The HS prospects are 6'10 A January ****, 6'9 Akok Akok****,6;7 K Johnson***,6'4 M Tshonis***,6'5 K Marble***,6'5 J Kemp***,6;7 W Talley***,6'2 I Cruz***,6'0 P Cockrell***,and 6'2 S Pippen***. There are a total of 15 recruitable players who have been offered by WSU who have not committed elsewhere..All of the juco players are usually not NR. The HS players are all given 3 stars once they are offered by a major college. So the cougs identified early some HS players who were rated 2 stars until the major colleges offered, A couple of the HS players are now rated as 4 stars after originally given 2 star status. The two highest rated players are the 6'9 Akok Akok Who has been offered by many P5 schools and the 6'10 January who has placed WSU among the remaining schools on his list. There has not been any word from the coaching staff or recruitable players on pending visits.

Mack is an ultra athletic PG who would fit right in with the cougs. If they can get him to commit early it may be a recruiting coup.He certainly is a talent if his head is in the right place.

The bay area and sacramento areas are loaded in talent in the 2020 and 2021 classes
At the gaurd/wing positions they need to tap into that area whether it's connecting with
The AAU directors or proven high school coaches .They are a number of talented kids
down there that can help there program.
