Britton, if you want to sign up for a month by month subscription. How easy is it to cancel if you want?

I mean, I don't usually give out cancellation advice, but you just have to call Rivals customer service during work hours.

Just curious, I like the info we have been getting lately so am interested. Just hate sites that purposefully make it a war to cancel if you want.

If you go month-by-month, I recommend using a credit card, so that if you have issues with being charged after you've notified them of cancellation, your CC company can dispute it. This is more general advice than anything where you have recurring payments. If you use debit card # the odds of you getting your money back after you've been mis-charged go way down.

I don't presume Rivals wouldn't honor your cancellation immediately though, have never heard about that happening.

How do I keep my subscription from automatically renewing? By canceling your subscription at least 48 hours before your next renewal date (to cancel , call 1-866-2RIVALS (1-866-274-8257) between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST Monday through Friday - press option "3" for billing inquiries), your username and password will continue to allow you access to premium areas until the term of your subscription has expired. At the end of the subscription term, your login account will be terminated and you will NOT be billed for a new subscription.
