It takes years to build a good stable of crews. It starts with firing the worst ones every year. That means evaluating performance. And training. I hope we are in the midst of that multi-year process....

It was in an article on Cougenter. Basically just a "my buddy said this was the crew from the SC game". Apparently no fact checking on that. But, what the heck, it's a free site.
