The next month will tell Leach how committed

Strippers make a lot as well but nobody really respects them. I want you to think about all the experience you have in the mortgage area. All the doing well.

And think how well you would do with this
https://catalog.wsu.edu/Pullman/Academics/DegreeProgram/1341

And then a masters from here. (although I hate the "merger that destroyed our program)
http://realestate.washington.edu/programs/masters-of-real-estate/

What do YOU think your salary would be. What kind of projects would YOU be working on.

I can tell you right now that a salary position to handle Microsoft's real estate is 175k/year out there right now.

It really won't take that long. Leach has only been here for 7 years and look what he's done. That could be you in less time.

So you equate strippers to the mortgage biz, huh? You obviously haven't been out in the real world for very long.

I do find it interesting you are more worried about my post WSU education and spending more time on that than you are your kids.

Dad of the year right here folks!!

About those strippers

Dad of the year with a vanguard account for each of his kids that already covers tuition...for 7 years of school...with inflation calculated.

And the littlest one still carries a blankie like crazy person that may or may not accidentally go missing in the dumpster if his mother continues to tell me that it “has a calming effect” one more damn time.

Now I don’t know if you have seen the movie associated with the clip above but one of the people in there is Mike Burry.

I’ve met Mike several times. See I work in financial forecasting for a wealth management firm. A large one.

My whole job is to do nothing but find where the market is going look for collapses and cash in. The numbers and methods are real simple. Buy low. Sell high.

I won’t tell you how much I make for the firm or how much money I make but I have an undergrad and a masters.

And what did that give me the ability to do? When the market crashed in 2008 I won’t tell you exactly how much we made, but while Wulff was sending the program in the gutter I was presenting our investors and partners a plan.

Within 2 years of the collapse we brought in revenue wise not enough to build one cougar football project...but enough to build 4.

That’s why I was in Palo Alto and happen to catch us being shut out in 2008. 58-0.

I was only in my position because of my degree and my masters. They never would have hired me otherwise.

So the next time you wonder how I was able to predict 9 wins in year 4, or laugh about my pie charts you have no idea that the person you are mocking not only has been trained to be accurate in forecasting analysis, but cashes in every time the mortgage, lenders, analysts, underwriters and CFOs screw up.

Stop making excuses for not finishing. Go and finish your degree.

Getting back to fan support.......Colorado must be struggling to get seats sold. When my wife bought tickets to the game, the computer automatically asked if we wanted to purchase an additional ticket for $15 for a military veteran. They are marketing their game against us as military appreciation day.

My gosh. No words about this thread. All I'll say after Portland State, when Leach was 12-25 you'd be hard pressed to find anybody that had confident that he could turn it around. Things have turned for the better since then. Let's just enjoy what's going on and not relive the past.

Well...being a father comes first. But someone will be in my seats and are not allowed to leave until the game is over win lose or draw..

No explanation needed. Also, no need to challenge others to support attendance in a game you will not attend.

Yup, I was in attendance for that nightmare. Many of us doubted whether or not we could ever have sustained success after this debacle. Worst experience I've ever had at a game.

I call B.S. Someone with your level of maturity doesn't get that position nor do they have as much time on their hands to post all day every day on Cougzone their thesis in every post. Nice try though.

Didn’t challenge them. Maybe I can get a bite from my doctor that would appease you. My tix have always been used.

My daughter is post acl surgery so my bad but that takes precedent .

I'll just say that I'm not surprised that you are a guy who looks to profit off the misfortunes of others. I try to make the world a better place every day that I go to work......you hope it goes to sh!t so you can make a buck.

EDIT: I'd like to say that I've intentionally avoided talking about you since Saturday because the board is a better place without pissing matches but you just can't help yourself. You're a dick, 24-7. I've seen you mention me in at least 4 places in the last few days. As I've said before....you're definitely an athletic supporter because you are constantly up against my nuts.

Seriously why would you doubt him.. because they lost to PSU? He beat USC the year before. He went to a bowl game . We even had warning from a Tech fan who said leach will lose to a team he should beat and beat a team he should lose to. We saw how long it took Price to build back up the program after 97.

2012 surprised me but didn’t surprise me. Tough for kids to buy in . Transition is tough for all players .

Happened when Erickson took over, when Price took over . Happened when wulff took over and when leach.

Leach did exactly what I thought he would do .. save the apple cup.

I think whores is a better analogy.
The strippers or mortgage people are whores ? Or both? We live in a supply and demand world. When men stop going to strip clubs I guarantee the strippers would seek other means to earn income .

Hahaha there is no helping someone like you I tried.

Working in the investment banking/wealth management sector we have a saying.

Our investments mature. We don’t.

I’m no wolf of Wall Street. I am a much worse type of animal. I am the vulture. I look and smell for signs of death. Signs of decay, signs that people overstepped their means chasing wealth and fortune. The over extenders, the poor fiscal policy, the greedy thinking it will always be this way. I wait and begin to circle and when things fall apart I swoop in. In the most ruthless of viscious ways I rape the living f.uck out of the greedy for pennies on the dollar. I pick the carcas clean of everything that is actually worth something and wait. I wait for the sun to come out. For people to regain hope and then I start selling the remains of my last haul for a lot of profit. Then I wait and do it all over again.

There is nothing mature about what I do. Just know that if you see someone like me circling around an industry it’s not because things are gong to be great...

And I am circling one particular sector right now... the auto industry. Watch what happens in the next 1-5 years. When you turn on the TV and they say “nobody predicted it, nobody knew” that’s not true.

Good god you are a douche.

I'm sure you will make your kids proud when they read this one day.

What was hypocritical in a thread where I said:

“I still hope Leach finds a way to turn it around”

And “hopefully we bounce back”

That's not hypocrisy. That's real consistency. A lot of consistency.

And then there is this thread
NCfdCod.png

Look at the date. September 5th 2015.

That was the DAY we lost to Portland State and I was talking about other coaches who lost to FCS teams that turned things around. And I am talking about teams and coaches that lost to FCS teams... AND STILL WENT BOWLING.

THE DAY... we lost.

I never stopped believing.

Too funny...when you use the word hope it is not an endorsement. I am sure people on board the Titanic said "I sure hope it doesn't sink", or I hope someone is in the area to rescue us.

What else is funny, the person you accuse of not being a program supporter didn't use hope or any words like that. More like he will win in Pullman. He won in 2013. Why would you question it after one horrible game. Price lost in 1990, 1991, won in 92, lost in 93. The program has seen that before.

Keep circling the auto world. I didn't need a pie chart or even a masters degree to figure out what you think you stumbled on to. A good friend owns numerous car dealerships, both foreign and domestic. Working out on the treadmill I ask him, "how is biz". He tells me about the slow down. How margins are being compressed but how he is large enough to burn off inventory and not buy more as the good operators know what is coming. The smaller ones who the manufactures will make take on inventory (so the stock prices don't take a hit) will be the dealerships affected. All that means is the really good operators will be buying more dealerships at a huge discount.

With the velocity of money or lack thereof in the future will greatly impact that entire sector, from people who manufacture tires to every other component in the car. The entire sector will slow down.

And what carcass will you pick, those of the manufactures? Good luck, if they get in to much trouble the Federal government will make them whole.

Good luck in picking that carcass.

Don't you find it odd that you are giving someone who didn't ask for your educational advice?

Not sure what you know and don't know about the mortgage biz. From the sounds of it not much. Why would a good originator want to work for Microsoft and take a pay cut.?

There is a Coug originator who the school has yet to dip into his pockets. He makes 900k a year.

People make money in different ways. Glad you are enjoying your experience of being a vulture and the Masters from City University is serving you well.

While you guys are duking it out and reliving your glory years, I’ll be drinking in the Beasley Lot.

Swing by and let me know who wins. Nothing says Dad’s weekend more than middle aged white guys fighting for message board supremacy.

Vegas has odds on it. I will say Sponge can take a punch, just ask Biggs. He suckered punch him at Sports Page after three too many brews.

You just keep digging and digging and digging yourself a bigger hole.

You do realize that you are an embarrassment don't you? Like in some ways I feel bad for you because either you are just obnoxious and stupid, and honestly with a brother like Ed maybe that messed you up growing up because he's a douche. Doesn't matter if he works at a mortgage company he seems like a total douche.

But you the little brother couldn't make it at WSU have to live under that douche's shadow. Are basically obnoxious without any sense of remorse. I honestly feel sorry for you.

You know I'll do something that your brother probably never taught you. What you should do is admit you made a mistake on here acting the way you did. That you were wrong about Leach, that you are sorry for the way you behaved. That you've made some mistakes in your life but you want to turn it around. Seriously turn it around and make a difference.

After that. Go and signup for community college classes. Just basics. It's never to late and you can do it. Don't listen to a damn word your obnoxious brother says. Go and do it for YOU and your life to better yourself and make a name for yourself. Take just a couple classes. Don't go all in. Start with 2. English and a math class. That's it. Just 2 classes. Do them the best you can. Seriously don't be afraid of "Pie charts" they can be your friend. Go take just 2 classes. They can be online classes they have those now. Community college, transferable credits, just 2.

The next semester take 2 more. The summer take 2 more and the fall and spring take just 2 more.

If you start next semester you'll have 2 class credits from the Spring, 2 from the Summer, and 2 from the Fall, and 2 in the Spring.

That's 8 classes or almost a whole year of college. Don't overload yourself. Start small. take 2 classes and do them the best you can. Work as hard as you can to get As. You don't have to be perfect. Just do the work put in the effort. Get tutoring if you need to. There is no shame in asking for help. You can do it.

And after you finish that come on here and show me that you did. Not to rub it in my face that you did it. To show me so I can see where you are at to help get you back into school to finish your degree at WSU. Because you deserve that. You deserve a decent shot not to let all the horsehit before cloud your brain and make you a rotten person coming onto a message board arguing about pie charts and how some coach isn't going to get it done.

None of that really matters. What matters is you admitting mistakes. Taking your path in your own hands instead of listening to your obnoxious older brother and blazing a positive trail in your life.

Small things add up. So start small. Accept you made mistakes before and will give it real honest effort, but don't do it for your brother, or because I said so. Do it for yourself. Because you are worth it. And you don't deserve to go through life that obnoxious. And you can do it another way and actually have the respect of people around you. The opportunity is there. I gave you the blueprint. 2 classes. Just 2. Simple basic classes. You aren't there to cure diseases you are there to do some basic stuff. So show them some basic stuff.

Good grief....I find what you say almost sad. It is a frickin message board with people with opinions. Sponge did say he questioned if Leach would get it done after the first game, posting after a few cocktails. Not all that different from you watching a bowl season then after a horrible loss to PSU stating losing will go on for a long time and who should be the next coach.

Sponge is his own person. He doesn't need your approval or even guidance. Why you feel compelled to give it is unimaginable.

I'll tell you what, I will apologize to you for whatever you feel you were wronged. But before I do, I want your wife to IM me and tell me that she fully supports a husband that wishes harm (death) to those he disagrees with. My guess she would cringe to hear that.

As for apologizing, I will not apologize for supporting the program. NEVER. Not once did I withhold my funds, a matter of fact I increased them when they needed them the most (when you yanked your financial support). Not once did I ever say Leach should be fired, on the hot seat, or that he would never get it done. Not once. The harshest comment I made is I wish the Cougs would stop getting worked in the Apple Cup.
