Rancho Santa Margarita (Calif.) Tesoro QB Devon Modster picked up an offer from Washington State late this week The 6-foot-2, 215-pounder is rated four-stars by Rivals and the No. 7 pro-style quarterback in the 2016 class.
Modster is also the No. 216 overall player in nation and holds offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, California, Colorado State, and UNLV in addition to the Cougars. As a senior, Modster threw for 2,500 yards and 24 touchdowns. He added 700 rushing yards and 16 scores on the ground.
