Washington State is the latest program to offer Greensboro (N.C.) Northern Guilford running back C.J. Freeman. The 5-foot-11, 195-pounder is rated three stars by Rivals and ranked the No. 10 all-purpose running back in the 2016 class. In addition to Washington State, Freeman holds offers from South Carolina, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
