USA has a preseason basketball top 25 teams out with Kansas and Duke at the top. The "weak " PAC 12 has four teams listed. They are Oregon -10.Washington -11,UCLA- 21, and ASU-26. The cougs may have some entertaining games in Pullman this next season.The revamped cougs will be an improved team but will have their hands full in the PAC 12 next year
