Per CS, Christensen to TAMU. Must just be waiting for that Harbaugh "no" to pull the trigger.

"According to 1280 The Zone in Utah, Utah offensive coordinator / tight ends coach Dave Christensen will join the Texas A&M staff."

The Utah staff situation has gone from "confusing" to "train wreck" status. All that is left is "dumpster fire", which would require Whittingham's leaving or getting dumped.

Win 8 games, go to a bowl, lose your DC, OC and D line coach.

Should send a "thank you" card to his AD.

Yep, the school president should fire the AD now. He is the one who created this mess, not Whittingham. For those who don't know, Whittingham wanted to sign up several of his assistants for longer contracts. The AD said no, and it pissed off the assistants and now they are leaving, as the AD showed no loyalty to them. Still, I do not feel sorry for Whittingham either.

Will WSU go after Simi Moala again?

He's a 3-star, 6-7 d-end from Cathedral in L.A., and has visited Pullman.

Re: Will WSU go after Simi Moala again?

The AD made a blunder, but he isn't feeling the heat like the BYU AD after their bowl brawl.

There is some information coming out about players approaching the head guy and asking for a change of offensive coordinators.

Changes to their D can't be too good, but any changes to their O can only help.

With a halfway serviceable offense, Utah is an 11+ win team. 2 of their losses were by a combined 3 points; 1 in OT.

It's just a matter of replacing two (essentially 1.5, given the HC) coordinators fairly late in the recruiting game, while your coach interviews for the biggest job left on the board rather than hunting for new coordinators. The constant turnover in OC's at Utah is really something, though.
