Is there a team out there that you have less confidence in from an offensive standpoint in a big game? It must be frustrating as hell to be on their defense every year. Even with good running backs they just can't find even an average passer at QB. Huntley played way above his station early in the year or they'd have been in that 4/5 loss range again this year. Uninspiring from a viewing perspective.

Whittingham used to always win bowl games. Not anymore.

They always feel like a team that if you get to 21+, they have no chance not counting the outlier games with multiple turnover/short fields. The numbers might not back me up on that, but that's the impression they've left on me since joining the Pac

IT'S ALMOST LIKE UTAH WAS OVERRATED; eerily like the PAC was just really bad this year. If only someone had stepped up to say that.

TX now leads 38-10 and 7 of Utah's points were free points from the refs for a "playing without a helmet" call on a guy who was nowhere near the play. Utah took 6 downs on goal to go to punch it in. Get rid of it and we're likely looking at 41-3. Either way, Texas is blowing Utah's doors off.

People pointing to the offense should try to explain 7-win Texas breaking play after play, on track for close to 500 yards if they don't take a knee.

TX was a 7-win team in the B12. I really don't think Oregon is that bad (they'll win 11-12 this year) but this is about as uncompetitive a year as we've seen in the PAC, and it made slightly-above-average teams look like world-beaters - until they ran into the rest of the world.

Burn Down the program

- The Game has passed by Kyle
- Utah needs to change their offense
- Utah Strength Coach needs to be fired
- Utah should run their QB
-

oh wait

that only applies to WSU

I came here to say "chipdouglas called it." But low and behold, you'd beat me to the punch. Credit where credit is due, sir.

Seriously though, if UW won half a natty 30 YEARS AGO and have been irrelevant since then, can you imagine a team (Texas) with their own network, who won a title outright in the last 15 years, and who are twice the size of UW, and what that fan base's expectations are like? Hot takes for days.

Yes but let's not forget he's the ALL PAC12 First Team QB......

Picked by the same idiots that ignored Cody. Who'd a thunk?

People forget that Texas gave LSU everything that they could take. They beat a pretty decent KSU team and only lost by a TD to Oklahoma. I'm disappointed in Utah's performance because it's a bad look for our conference but the Longhorns were going to be a dangerous opponent for anyone if they actually played as a team.

Separately, A&M isn’t that bad. Pretty much played an insane schedule, beat everyone they should beat and lost to everyone they should have lost to.

We had a disappointing end to our year, but holy shit I don’t think anything gets worse then Utah’s last 2 games. Rough.

And to think, Utah was arguably a win away from playing in the final four. Good lord, Oklahoma got crushed by LSU. What would have happened to Utah?

Glad Cougar

Another sad example of where the PAC 12 is. A sorry ass 4th place team for the 2nd worst conference in the land just put the screws to one of our best. Ugh.

UT is loaded as always, ton of talent with a bad coach.
Texas is one of those teams that's always gonna have more talent than just about every team across from them. I wasn't expecting the Utes to win necessarily, but at least put of a fight. The defense finally said the hell with it. Once it got to 17-0, they new it was over. They just plain quit on the offense.

It’s almost like their last 2 games were the only 2 good teams they played all year
They got thoroughly beat by every team that had better talent. USC, Oregon, and Texas. I'd say UW was even with them talent wise this year and they squeaked by them. Most years UW has much more talent than them and they lose predictably.
It's like WSU's UW problem that extends to anyone with a talented roster.
