I went and found that article on USA Today from this morning.
I don't know...it's just one guys opinion and I don't think he got the Big 12 rep right either. He says Minnesota however everything else I've read has either Penn State or Wiscy going.
Honestly, don't mean to be Debbie Downer but if he's right he'll be the ONLY writer to have guessed correctly.
