Nice get and 6'3 is a good height for a inside player. She is an improvement over last year s bigs.

Known to be a good rebounder according to CougDigest.
Well, we definitely need rebounding and some interior defense would be a plus. Looks like she has good touch. Keep the Aussies and Kiwis coming!
If my count is correct Nankervis would put us at 13 for next year assuming everyone returns. Don't the women get 15? Not that we have to use them all especially if they aren't Pac 12 but that would give us 5 for next year. Any idea how next year shapes up?

15 is correct and I’m counting 13 schollies. Adding the signees @ 6’5” and 6’3” to go along w/Subasic @ 6’4” gives us a bit more presence in the middle, which we sorely missed last year.
We’ll see a competitive team next w/a good mix of youth and veterans. Stay healthy Cougs.

Good addition of size and length for next year. Murekatete probably needs adjustment time like most freshman but looks to have a lot of upside. Ula Motuga will continue to develop next year as well.

I'm interested to see what Leah Mafua can do year 1. Probably a bit raw as well (?) but seems versatile on both ends.

Will rely on Hristova and Molina for scoring and leadership. Another year of Ethridge tutelage will elevate Motuga, Subasic, Levy, and others games.
Improving to .500 ball would be a nice jump. Haven’t seen a schedule yet, not certain Ethridge will schedule the tough OOC games like June.

Johanna Muzet could help as well but needs to become more of a threat to score. Molina should have a big year. She seemed to grow as much as anyone last year. Hristova was forced to the 4 along with a ton of minutes and struggled late in the year. She's definitely key as well and I hope they can move her back to more of a wing.

The men and women have similar issues on the boards and defense.

The women will be competitive and fun to watch next year. Good solid basketball and good coaching

In a radio interview a few months ago Ethridge said the conference pushes for an easy OOC schedule. She said she doesn't agree with that. I have no idea how much, if any, latitude she has but her preference is a tough OOC.

Come to my window - er team

You're the only one - for my team

I want (you) to come over (to WSU)

Oops, wrong Etheridge/Ethridge.

Interesting, not proposing to play 12 OOC wimps, but conference play is tough enough. Initially I would shoot for a 10-2 / 9-3 OOC and see if you can squeeze out 6-8 conference wins.
I’ll trust the coach’s assessment on what’s best for her team.
