I have no clue who's likely to leave with Leach and who's likely to stay, but given the choice, I'd retain Mason, Phelps, Spurrier, and Mele. Who's on your wish list for retention?

Miller, Phelps and Spurrier. Mele with a pay cut. Who needs a full time coach for 8-9 runs per game?
Spurrier, Mele and Miller (though based on twitter it looks like he is already recruiting for Miss St).

Spurrier is about it, but I'd have to think the Pirate would want him to come with him and he'd be inclined to go.
No objection to any of the other guys mentioned (e.g., Phelps, Mele), but I think cleaning house entirely is probably what happens here.

The only ones that have shown anything worth hanging on to are Miller, Phelps, and Spurrier, but I don't expect anyone to stay. Chun will pick his guy, and that guy will pick his staff. I just hope that particular guy takes defense seriously and can work around a lack of bodies at tight end if that's a position he utilizes. Aside from Kassidy Woods and Clay Markhoff there aren't a lot of H-back type options on the roster.
I am afraid that you are right about Spurrier. He is the staff member responsible for recruiting the Southeast and would slide into a slot on the MSU staff quite easily. I will be surprised if Leach does not ask him to join him in Starkville.
