3 Verbals that didn’t sign ?

So, as I see it, we only had 3 Verbal Commitments not sign. And in all reality, I only see Dejon Benton as a true flip. The other two got caught up in the recruiting game. Overall, I think that’s a damn good sign. Unlike years ago where it was flip or flirt city until signing day.

Seriously, though. Hill probably had his offer pulled by us, or we wanted him to greyshirt. Sounds like USC was offering him a greyshirt as well. Utah St was local and wanted him right away. Makes sense from that perspective.

Don’t judge a book by it cover and all that, but Hill looked like too much of a pretty boy—I want big mean ugly guys in the trenches, not skinny jean blonde highlights guy.
