Uh no. More reasonable assumption is Bush probably drank a couple of heavy handed ol fashioneds to get himself through the clown show.

It’s someone’s idle posting that got picked up and morphed into something news-like, in the insane and extremist hope that if you wish for something hard enough or say it often enough, it’ll become true.

Fauci fibbed/lied about masks not being effective to stop the spread early on because there was an inadequate supply for the medical community at that time if there was a “run on the bank” so that is justification for shipping him to Russia to some.
Many in that group would also tell you masks were 100% ineffective for stopping the spread.

His crimes are as heinous as your spelling and grammar. His pardon covers 2014 forward. That's when he started skirting Obama's prohibition on gain of function research. Contempt of Congress and perjury based on his statements to congress. Potential conspiracy from the cover up.
It continues to surprise me how people who were actually alive for Watergate and Pentagon Papers, were adults when the Iran-Contra Affair came to light, got to hear Clinton say it depends on what your definition of is is, heard that WMDs were the justification to invade Iraq, just witnessed the media trolling us for 3.5 years on Biden's oatmeal brain, and all the the BS in between, choose to be so gullible.
And I also thought it was funny and obviously a meme. Fauci could swim the Bering Strait too.
Edit to add- I guess Trump just declassified the MLK and JFK files. That should be interesting.
