  • COUGS No. 4 IN ESPN PAC-12 POWER RANKINGS
Washington State jumped up to No. 4 in ESPN's Pac-12 Power Rankings after their dominating win over Oregon State on Saturday. "No, this isn’t a misprint. Why not the Cougs? Everyone ahead of them from last week lost and they dominated a team they were supposed to dominate. They have enough of a run game to make the Air Raid that much more efficient, and the defense, although still not elite, is at least forcing turnovers. Tough to make an argument for anyone behind them," writes ESPN's Kevin Gemmell. ESPN's rankings:
1. Utah
2. Stanford
3. Cal
4. Washington State
5. Oregon
6. Arizona State
7. Arizona
8. Washington
9. UCLA
10. USC
11. Colorado
12. Oregon State

Biggest win in a decade?... perhaps.

The Oregon game was sweet... This was a 'prove it' game and our Cougs couldn't have been more prepared.

Proud of Mike Leach, the Players... and the FANS! great game all around and I couldn't be happier.

Too often, WSU teams have choked on the winnable games. Good to see them go up big on OSU.
Didn't punt in the first half and a TD taken away on a questionable pick call. They did what they were supposed to do but you are correct. How many times have we seen a WSU team get to full and come out and struggle?

Definitely a good sign.
