This may blow your mind, but ponder this fact: recall all the talk that recruiting will be much easier at UVA in terms of signing NBA talent? Well, assuming that Motum makes the Utah roster, did you realize that WSU will have more NBA players than does UVA under Tony Bennett (and he's had, what, 3 more years there as HC than he did at WSU)? That is really incredible and I don't think anyone would have predicted that.

Not really a valid comparison because Tony's players at Virginia are just starting to cycle through. Joe Harris was in his first full recruiting class and he could be his first NBA player. (Mike Scott was already at Virginia when Tony arrived). He will have more in the future.

I think Tony has been there six years as HC. He was HC at WSU just three years.

Nevertheless, it really surprised me when I did the comparison. Furthermore, UVA has been considered a much more attractive place to recruit to with their new arena and location to major recruiting areas (DC, NYC, Chicago, etc.), so that added to my surprise of this comparison.
