Lack of offers and level of competition concerns me...

They should offer the guy. Bloodlines run true and it is better to offer first rather than have him form allegiance to another program.

Maybe so, but we might end up with a Vincent rather than a Julius

He's got good size and was all state as a junior this year. I know we have offered a few 2018's already, but I don't know where Julian fits in all that?

If there aren't grade, or athleticism issues, I would expect that he gets a WSU offer sooner, rather than later? Maybe even before we are done with the 2017's? Maybe later, like at a football camp?

His best position, according to Mkristo, will likely be on the OL.
