I don't buy it. Texas-Florida-Penn St and UW all have 3 losses. Texas will probably lose to Oklahoma next week so we can get back to 12. Georgia will also lose but they won't fall that far.
We lost at home, late in the season, to a 3 loss team. When you’re not a blue blood program, you get dropped.
AP does us the same favor, except slips 9-3 LSU in there instead of Penn State. At least we are tied. So 4 SEC teams in the top 12. Wonder if that would be any different if they had to play 9 league games instead of the Little Sisters of the Poor in those late-season matchups?
They would. The SEC can get away with it because they have the biggest TV contract without having to give the networks the extra conference matchup. For the Big 10, Pac 12, etc., the networks demand the nine conference games.
As long as we stay in the top-14, we should get a very good bowl game. Not sure what else we deserve, really.
Dude you're the biggest downer. What we deserve? Were 10-2. So 4 or 5 9-3 teams are more deserving?
Hey, Bama, Georgia, and probably Florida are legit. I think LSU is overrated. Excellent defense, but the usual pathetic offense.
