Coach Rogers coaching style, seems like a combination of some parts of Leach, with some parts of Doba, with some parts of Price, with some parts of Dickert, as far as his hands on coaching, instruction, teaching, constructive criticism, motivating, pushing them, teaching, coaching CORRECT technique, etc, so that players correctly tackle, keep, stay in their assignments, lane, etc, recognize, read, don't blow coverage, so that players stay disciplined, make less mistakes, shoot themselves in foot less often, etc.
If that's the case, then that alone, is worth a extra 1, or 2, or 3 wins, by itself, whatever the talent level, and their should be less stupid penalties, stupid mistakes, that cost games, that causes losses.
And if that's the case, it seems like players will make MAX effort, run through walls, which would be good for a extra 1, or 2, or 3 wins, whatever the talent, recruiting level, etc.
