Dismissed

Do you understand why he did this?
Yeah I read this on CNN hours ago. No surprise, no big deal at this point. Trumpers will Trumpet (see what I did there?) this "victory", but it is just an obvious "ah F- this waste of time" move. Time to move on. And update your resume in Smith's case.

But in the land of metrosexual lumberjacks this is sweet vindication of the chosen one.

He did it because a president in office, is above the law, cannot be prosecuted, jailed, convicted, sentenced, imprisoned, etc, while a president, something that should be changed in a constitutional amendment or law that would allow president's that commit crimes, felonies, whether before, during, after their presidency to be prosecuted, tried, held accountable, responsible, not be above the law, be sentenced, jailed, imprisoned, just like everyone else.

Our country, nation, revolution happened, to fight against the British system of making the King above the law, just like the USA president is, and then after they win, won, they go make a King, President above the law again.

Way past time to fix that error.

Currently a president can only be impeached, removed from office. If that happens, that president still cant be prosecuted, tried, convicted, sentenced, imprisoned, and is immune, above the law.

Way past time for that to change.

But because of presidential immunity while in office, Jack Smith, has to drop, dismiss all charges against President Trump, because of President Trump's stupid ass presidential immunity from criminal prosecution, and thus being above the law.
