Seems that way. I guess he had to try it once but he needs to pick and choose when he wants to do such a risky play. WSU offense is not getting it done so far.

The more I see of our offense, the more I think Morris was promoted too far too fast. And maybe so was Ward.

Either that or Ward slept with Renard Bell’s sister. Because Bell is running free in the secondary and Ward is only looking at Ferrell.

I think this offense could work if the QB would actually run progressions, instead of deciding who to throw to pre-snap, and then only watching that guy.

Offenses don’t have to worry too much about losing yards on 1st & 2nd down. They know our D will leave a receiver over the top for 30 on 3rd.

How to defeat Cougar Air Raid: consistently get home and stuff the run with 3 or 4 dl.

We should be shoving it down their throats. This is a failure of the OL and RB to force their will on the Kal D.

Wilcox will come out with 2nd half adjustments, will Dickert/Morris?

Five minutes left in the 3rd quarter and the Cougar defense has held the Cal offense to 3 points.
I would not have imagined that at the start of the game.
Turnovers have costed the Cougs at least six points.
Big difference between 14-3 and 20-3.
