I will try to watch this team yet again vs OSU

Same old same old. Get up early, think you won the game, jack up a bunch of 3's and foul on every possession....bah. Hard to watch again.

Up 1 at half. 5 players with 2 or more fouls for WSU.

And another dumb technical. We will get more because it is now our rep. Coach is not good, period. Seems nice enough but instills no discipline in play. At some point he may develop into a Coach, but right now he is letting the players do whatever they want, and it shows up as bad play.

Because of another commitment I was unable to watch the game. Looking at the box score the disparity in fouls is difficult to fathom. Definitely the reason OSU won.

In the 2nd half, OSU was in the bonus in just under 3 minutes. Yeah, a lot of fouls.

I have to think we had a decent outing. Oregon State had 20 more points from the line, 17 more rebounds and still only won by 8.

We were down 72-73 with 4 to play. Only 5 turnovers for the game. The free throw disparity was too much for this team to overcome.

This is also against a mediocre team. I keep hearing we will get better, but critical mistakes in critical times still is our calling card. They are calling ticky tack stuff. Be more aware of that and don't give in to temptation. Poor coaching.

With the full roster at the beginning of the season, I thought this was going to be a very good team. When the injuries hit early, I thought the season was done. They were missing too many good players. Then, something funny happened. They continued to win. They continued to play good offense and were improving on defense as the season went on.

Then, it all went sideways. Perhaps because they got tired, physically and/or mentally. Perhaps not having four good players caught up with them. Perhaps it was something else.

Win or lose the rest of the season, I hope we get back to playing like we had earlier in the season.

Our best hope is Coward comes back next year. He, Calmese and Isaiah could do damage.
