I feel like coug fans are the only ones who actively root against themselves. Penn state fans are livid to be so low at 12 and they basically didnt beat anyone with a record better than 7-5.

SC 100% makes it at 10-2. Oregon's star may have faded enough by now that it's no longer a shoo-in (until and unless they're resurgent), but the point remains that CFP is looking to create matchups between major programs, and schools like Kentucky, WSU and UCF are not welcome at the party. There isn't one voter who put UCF in the T10 for any other reason than their hand was forced.

WSU has to be near-perfect in a conference that hates us in order to get any respect .

This is a tall task for any team. Unfortunately the P12 has a monopoly on power 5 conferences out west .
