I think Wazzu is playing recruiting a little closer to vests.....I think it frustrates cf.com as well. Wazzu Wassup on twitter usually knows stuff before cf.
Didn’t know any OL That took OV’s last weekend
Good long arms and should be 300 plus in no time if he's 275 now.
He was not recruited by any top schools. His long skinny arms need a lot of work. I guess the OL coach likes his length as his videos seem mediocre. He is the first commit i am not enthused about.
If he plays b-ball this winter and breaks a backboard, he could be the 2nd coming of Rien Long.So many potential replies, so little bandwidth...….
If this guy played Basketball and had the same relative rankings, you would call him the second coming of Steve Puidokas.
This guy's status is better then every single recruit or prospect or pipe dream for BB coach EK. Or any current player at that stage except maybe Franks.

Given how well th OL has performed this season I have to think Miller knows what he wants in an OLM as well.Virginia, Vanderbilt, San Jose, Idaho, Cougs for offers. Leach has a great track record recruiting O Line. It seems like a good pick up to me.

and I'm sure there's some more unreported o-line offers. They could easily wait until the second signing period with more time to evaluate and come up with a good player. You're right about these players with many going to San Jose St or Montana if they'd filled all 5 in the early signing period.I've assumed we would land Hill for a while now. Vanderbilt and Virginia were aggressively recruiting him as well which tells us 1) He's got good grades and 2) He's seen as being able to play in both the SEC and ACC. 3) He's probably seen as a back up plan by a number of other power 5 schools.
Plenty of other power 5 programs only recruit 2 or 3 OL most years, so they are reluctant to take players who fit Hill's profile. They'd rather spend the scholarships on athletes who can potentially play numerous other positions. Remember, when O-lineman don't develop as projected they simply wash out most of the time.
Leach has a strategy of taking 5 lineman every year, and because we dont use a TE, recruits like Hunter Hill, Liam Ryan, Josh Watson, Andre Dillard, Cole Madison, and Abraham Lucas are always needed. If we didnt take so many lineman each year, we probably wouldn't have taken any of these guys.
OLine seems pretty deep right now. He won’t be rushed and should have plenty of time to pack on solid weight before he’s needed on saturdays. He was not recruited by any top schools. I think there might of been a bogus tape of Hill posted or on line. Can anyone point out the best tape because I saw some tape where he did everything right in pass protection and looked impenetrable. His pad level will get better as he faces some true competition.OLine seems pretty deep right now.
