Hard knocks.Curious what college or department is offering that course?
You read my mind... He wouldn't be putting this out there if he was looking for a way out of Pullman. We all need to get over this. He likes Pullman. He'll stick around a while. Lets enjoy!Am I just a naïve idiot for thinking this is a sign he intends to stay?

WSU would make MILLIONS on this option.
Leadership classes are an interesting thing. Tough to define, let alone teach. Potter Stewart's comment about pornography...I know it when I see it....is IMHO applicable to leadership. I've often found it to be something far more obvious by its lack than when it is present. I've taken a few efforts at defining & teaching it, and using Guerrilla Strategy (my assumption regarding the basis of the insurgent warfare label) and Football Strategy as a framework for the discussion is probably a good foot forward for CML. One thing that would be interesting for me if I were to attend such a class would be CML's take on what leadership looks like from a strategic perspective as opposed to a tactical perspective. It has been oft quoted that no one has ever lost a prolonged guerrilla war. Both strategy and tactics are important in fighting a successful guerrilla war, and both have been studied and debated extensively. It would be hard to leave West Point without a pretty good dose of that. But you could probably draw some interesting football parallels, particularly when using an Air Raid strategic analogy in terms of the kids that you recruit, why you do what you do, etc.
This sounds like the kind of thing that CML would love to teach. He will do that in Pullman.
Too quiet for the last couple hours, not enough shit being flung that you need to stir things up a bit? That is pretty cool. Could you imagine saban teaching a class?
In terms of any great significance , if someone like Maryland cam and offered him top in the country pay (which not sure they have the stomach for that ) he could hire a private jet to come back and teach the class .
“Leach! You magnificent bastard! I took your class!”—Jimmy Lake

I didn’t see Brohm leaving eitherWhat am I stirring up. The only time we will know for sure he or ANY coach isn’t leaving is when hiring season is over . Personally I don’t see him leaving for the jobs that are open .
Your comment is just an attempt to stir up hand wringing and discontent--there's virtually nothing suggesting Leach is going anywhere, so you just manufacture up a little hypothetical about rich schools and private jets to get people worked up. If he leaves, so be it, but you're going to make sure its on everyone's mind and it could happen at any minute right up until the point it actually happens. What am I stirring up. Yea, I get that. This kind if dispels the rumors that he just can't wait to get out of Pullman and will take any job that comes along though.
I never thought he was waiting for an offer to leave . I think he likes Pullman . I personally think leach could be hapoy anywhere , but I think he likes where he is at. But money that I heard Tech boosters wanted to give him a crazy amount. But seems to be admin wouldn’t want him back.
I think there is one job he would bolt for if he had to take a pay cut and I am not being literal, any other gig will have to really pay through the nose .
Good grief . If every rumor gets you or anyone else worked up that is on you . I don't think he'd take any of those. Too urban, too much media attention, too many boosters wanting a piece of him, too many inflated expectations.I think there are two, maybe three: Oklahoma, Miami and Florida State - the last two simply for proximity to the Keys. Recruiting would be like shooting fish in a barrel.
Leach and Luther Campbell - that would be quite a pair.

The only thing I disagree with is I don’t believe people built like Leach are scared of expectations.
