Willie Taggart was a dumbass hire. I doubt FSU cannot go higher than $4,000,000.00 per if they find the right guy, but it probably needs to be a home run hire.

the guy that hired willie resigned, the new AD/search committee put all their eggs in bob stoops basket , he said no , they offered him more and he walked away. They have no back up plan other than Norvell apparently. They owe Willie Lake 85% of his contract.

And per the press release, his salary is an even 4 million per year.
