I do find it very unfair that the Mariners were scheduled to play at HOME to open the season. Everyone knows Mariners players can’t hit at home in April due to the marine layer that doesn’t seem to affect visiting teams.

Oakland and Detroit might face off in the playoffs if their Pitching staffs keep this up!

How in the world did the Yankees come up with the torpedo bat and not the Mariners? And how did they not get a plane full of those sticks sent to T-Mobile immediately after the Yankees swatted 8 homers on opening day.

The Mariners are more in need of the big red fat bat than any other team I can remember.
