Thank you so very much for sending us to about:blank. A very useful web site.
Tinfoil hat might be interfering with your signal.

To summarize, one of your DC tourist buddies got himself shot by the police during a traffic stop already. I’m sure the rest of them are volunteering at food banks and leading church youth groups though.

Can't be that. I overnighted my tinfoil hat to AOC.

I don't know any of the Jan 6 gang, and none of them are my buddies. Some of them deserved some jail time, some of them didn't. I saw that the guy was killed, don't know any of the details about how it went down, but I suspect he may have learned a lesson that many others have learned also- It is best for you to calmly do what the police officer tells you to do. Perhaps he misinterpreted Trump's pardon to be more like Hunter got, that he had free reign for any and all crimes for all of his life?

The TDS is strong in this one.

Not a fan of preemptive pardons myself but a pretty useful tool when people want to put fascists in power 🤷

Every last one of them deserves to be blindfolded and marched out in front of a firing squad. Or sent to Russia to serve with the North Koreans.

That seems just a tad harsh to me. Do you propose the same fate for folks like Hillary Clinton that tried to effect elections with the Steele dossier, Stacy Abrams, and the 51 intel officials that lied about the reality of Hunter's laptop? Keep in mind that surveys showed after the 2020 election that between 13-17% of Biden voters indicated that they would likely have changed their votes if they had known that the laptop was genuine and not Russian disinformation like they had been told. And perhaps the MSM members that suppressed any stories about the laptop should also be taken out and shot? After all, it was their actions that kept the public from being fully educated on two candidates, thus affecting the election.

I am curious about one thing- do you think it is worse to complain/protest/riot about an election after it has taken place or is it worse to take underhanded/illegal actions before an election to influence the outcome?

You tell us stretch, your guy has done both!

Yes, along with the Biden family. Obviously.

Get back to me when Hillary incites a violent overthrow of our government. Until then your false equivalencies are an epic fail.

Your Trump Derangement Syndrome is showing. Bigly.

Ah, yes…when one takes power they should have free rein to persecute all political adversaries and their families. Never would have imagined this would be your position!
I’ve heard there’s a name for that… something like “Trump Fealty Syndrome”, or “Trump Fellator Syndrome”, or “Trump duh or der-something or other Syndrome”. Oh cripes, maybe Stetch can help me out here.

Trump won the electoral college and popular vote. He "took power" by democratic process.

Actually, I have clearly shown everyone here exactly what TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) 4 or 5 times already, showing the derivation and evolution of the term. I don't feel like wasting my time any more trying to educate those that are either too stubborn or too stupid to understand such a subtle concept and insist on using it exactly opposite of the actual meaning.

The only thing you’ve showed us is what it looks like to be balls deep in a cult.

This kinda sounds like a "Couging it" argument, does it not?

Oh and you can stop now buddy. Your 4 to 5 showings of what TDS is was about 4 to 5 too many. Just sayin'. :)

Has anyone actually had to read through the executive orders and other documents?
I’ve had to review the funding freeze and the clarifying memo. They’re an interesting contrast. The actual EO is written like lawyers wrote it - at least, once you get past the introduction. Lots of mentions of things like responsibility to the taxpayer, efficiency, the nation’s priorities and well-being, etc.
The clarifying memo was much less polished. Makes me think Donny wrote it himself. Nothing about the nation and the taxpayers, it’s all about ensuring that expenditures align with the president’s priorities, and getting the president’s approval. All funding decisions must be reviewed and approved by a senior member of the president’s team, etc.
Choose your adjective. Impractical would work. Improper or illegal would work in some areas. But really it makes clear that he doesn’t want to be a democratic leader, he wants to be the head of a corporation - a fixed and ultimate authority making all the decisions.
Not really a surprise considering his background and personality - and the way he acted through his first term - but I appreciate how he keeps telling us who he really is, even if a lot of people aren’t listening anymore.

He wants to act like head of a corporation - aka the King.

You actually think Trump wrote any of these 😂?

I don’t think so. Trump assigned people to posts not based on qualifications but that they’d bend the knee to him first and foremost. If it’s possible, he’s put together a less qualified group this time around than the last time (he was ousted from power once and came as close as he ever has in his life to facing the music, so not surprising really).

It looks unpolished because his minions don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Yes, Trump wrote each and every one of the executive orders personally with Microsoft Word using only the assistance of the little paperclip guy.

So did the Nazis. They never won a majority, but took pluralities in their elections by staging mass rallies and by cozying up to financial & industrial elites.
So, by your own admission you made a terrible analogy. Were you saying "elections have consequences" four years ago?

I doubt Trump is even writing his Tweets or Truths or whatever (at most looking those over and making some edits before he hits send, EDIT TO ADD tells someone to hit send). No way is he actually writing a memo. First, I doubt he has any desire to do that. Second, he's got other things to do. Third, you ever see the dude in front of a laptop?
