Kinda like Minshew. Talented spread QB not in the right place. Gets the opportunity to play QB at LSU with a New Orleans Saints spread disciple OC. Combine that with 5 star LSU recruits and the rest is history.
There are a lot of talented QBs out there who are at the wrong school for them and their talents. When they line up and the talent meets a complimentary systems they just explode onto the scene.
