Smartassedness aside, absolutely phenomenal--with gazillion options they could've used that money on, to donate it to the university is quite a feat of generosity.

Yep. First we need to amass the funds to build it. Any bells and whistles would come later. Chun is still in the process of building the fund to the point where we can erect an IPF. A big "Thank you" from me to the Taylors for helping Chun in his efforts.
