If accurate, kind of contrary to everything I've read to date.

Well I care and have interest in knowing how our Pac "war chest" is being spent. And what WSU's AD financial situation is like, seeing as how I keep getting rosy e-mail updates asking for money. I dunno, maybe I'm the only one who gives a shit about these things. I'm sure as F not going to write a check and throw it into some information-free abyss.

The pac-12’s confidentiality can’t be protected from FOIA at a state school, at least not in a broad “this whole contract is secret” sort of way.
