I'm guessing Adams of the yucks gets it.Wouldn't this break the record?
Perhaps Goff with his 26-37 for 453 yards and 6 TD'sI'm guessing Adams of the yucks gets it.
I'm thinking no. Goff and Adams had bigger numbers. 330 yards and 2 TDs is a pretty ho-hum game for Falk.
If they have a weekly "solid brass balls" award, he's a shoe-in.
Maybe since Falks QBR isn't quite as high. Goff's QBR is 75.7 and Falk is at 68.2. But man. There's a whole pile of stats that Falk has Goff beaten on. BUT in "raw QBR" Falk is #32 and Goff is #34… So just sayin. And to add to that. He's certainly deserving of it... but Cal's big qb numbers will edge him out.
I'm not sure. Goff has done what he was expected to do...and not much more. Falk has pretty much exploded, and he's only a sophomore. He's certainly deserving of it... but Cal's big qb numbers will edge him out.
When he is done they will have to call it the Luke Falk award. He should be the player of the year, and it has nothing to do with the "numbers" except the number of times he led his team to a game tying or winning score.QBR - the worst metric ever invented
Goff played the BumbleBeavs. No way he wins it.Perhaps Goff with his 26-37 for 453 yards and 6 TD's
I agree. Too bad we aren't part of the Pac-12's committee. They gave it to him anyway.Goff played the BumbleBeavs. No way he wins it.
