What is, what do you mean by, is LS?
WSU dont have anybody that should be counted as a 5 star.
Unless your confusing RR Rival Ranking Number 5.5 with, as 5 stars.
The RR number whether NR, RR 5 to RR 5.5 to RR 6 is not a number of stars.
The only relation the RR number has to stars is
RR NR is 2 stars RR 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 is 2 star.
RR 5.4, RR 5.5, RR 5.6 is 3 star
RR 5.7 is Borderline, 50/50, 3,4 star
RR 5.8,5.9, 6.0 is 4 star
RR 6.1,6.2, 6.3 is 5 star
The only way WSU has one of the commits it has so far get a 5th star, is if a recruiting service upgrades one of WSU's 3,4 stars into a 5th star
