The state is granting a pretty fair number of religious exemptions. Accommodating them is another matter and in many cases they will be laid off. Rolo may be coaching 100% by zoom?

wait... I thought the mandate stated he could mask up, social distance and get regular testing if he provided an exemption. Is that no longer the case?
It’s not the case for other state agencies like WSDOT. If you’re not vaccinated after Oct 18th due to an exemption and can’t work in a position that has little to no contact with others you will be laid off and eligible for unemployment. If you refuse the shot with no exemption you will be terminated for cause and likely won’t get unemployment. Not sure how it will work at WSU but would expect it to be similar.
Regular testing is allowed in Oregon, and I think in California. Not in Washington.
Although there's at least one legal challenge demanding that it should be.

Thou, if not a lardass with BMI 25+, living an active lifestyle (moderate+ exercise, 60 minutes per day, 4-5 days per week) with no comorbidities and eating a high protein, low fat diet shall not get an exemption.

Just identify as a 10 year old, it might be easer than the religious exemption.
