I guess I didn't realize that, despite a bunch of first year guys in the program, 9 of the 13 players on this year's team are upper classmen, making WSU one of the oldest teams in the conference despite the general inexperience. 7 are juniors, which means the fall 2016-17 recruiting class will be vital to the program's longer term success, IMO. I hope Ernie is out there putting together one of his best classes ever. I'm afraid with so many players gone after next season, there is likely to be some serious imbalance of classes unless he plans to bring in 3 or so JCs again. It worked out for Dick Bennett, I guess, when he was able to land the class that included Low, Weaver, Cowgill, Harmeling, and Henry.
