Yesterday I hated the Milroe pick. Today, I’m agreeing with John Schneider that he’s the best QB value in the draft. KJRjust finished an interview with him that should be available on- demand, soon.

Love the rest of the picks, too.

I scratched my head a little with the TE pick, but after some reading it makes a lot more sense. I think they’ve gotten great value at need positions, and Zabel was the right pick for their first.

KC just blew my hope for their next pick, I was hoping Jalen Royals would fall to Seattle. Now, I’d look at OG Mbow or DT Farmer as best available. Sanders would be a value pick now, but you don’t draft a QB controversy.

Baltimore as a backup would not be a bad spot for Sanders.

Edit: right after we say nice things about the Seahawks, they trade Howell and a 5th rounder to move up and get someone that would probably be available in the 6th. I don’t mind them taking DT, but this DT with this pick doesn’t make sense to me.

Rob Rang says he had 7.5 sacks in a breakout season with Notre Dame, plays mean is versatile and tore Dames defense fell apart when he got k picked out with a knee injury.

Check out this article from Thursday morning's CDA Press. Cameron is a very insightful sportswriter that has covered several pro teams over the years in places like Denver, Kansas City, and in England. He always seems to have interesting stories as well as analysis. He nailed this pick.

I still like this draft. Taking 2 TEs looks a little funny, but I don’t think Ouzts stays there. I think he gets converted into a pure OL. Also expect that Cabeldue - the OT they took in the 6th - moves inside. Maybe one of them can be the center that the Hawks have been missing. Also like Martinez as their RB pick in the 7th. He’s not an every down back, but he’s got the strength to take some load from Walker, so maybe KW can make it through a season.

I don’t really think their draft is going to turn heads, and the big knock on it is they haven’t done much about defense. But I feel like they’ve addressed needs, given Darnold a better situation, and maybe picked up their future QB for a pretty low cost again.

Tf this guy talking about Schneider knows how to make magic happen. Might be the most overrated GM in football. His entire hat hung on a few good picks a decade ago. Hasn’t done shit for 6-7 years. Seems like they drafted well but you never know and his job should be on the line with this draft.

Aside from Seattle picking up UNLV Rebel Ricky White (WR) in the draft they also signed tonight UNLV Rebel Jackson Woodard at LB. Jackson was the 2024 MW defensive player of the year, captain, and 2nd team All American. Now they need to prove their worth and make the team.
